Transit damage
Contact the Studio within seven calendar days of delivery with photographs of the work, carton, label, and interior packing. Keep all packaging while the carrier claim is resolved.
Returns
Contact the Studio within seven calendar days of delivery and return within fourteen days after authorization. The buyer pays tracked, insured return shipping; original outbound shipping is not refunded.
A refund follows receipt in the condition sent. Listing photographs represent the work honestly, but screens and room light can change apparent color and sheen.
